District 93 Kindergarten Roundup
Our Preventative Health Team will be attending this year's District 93 Kindergarten Round- Up to administer childhood vaccines to children that may need them.
We will be set up at 3 different locations on March 10th from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm.
- Rimrock Elementary
- Mountain Valley Elementary
- Falls Valley Elementary
In order for the vaccine to be administered, please provide:
- Insurance information and ID Card
- Historical Vaccine Record (if vaccines were administered in another state)
